Hi, I’m Stacey and I’m a pumpkin spice addict. I can’t help but laugh when I look back at the four years of blogging and realize I’ve made nearly a dozen pumpkin spice recipes. I’ve been a fan of pumpkin bread and all the other assortments of pumpkin since I was a little kid.

What are you cooking for Thanksgiving this year? Chances are high that you (or your family or friends) will make some green bean casserole recipes. As a kid, I distinctly remember my grandma made it and I didn’t eat much of it.

I think I found the best multi-tasking recipe ever. This gingerbread cookie recipe works perfectly to make these gingerbread turtle thumbprint cookies, gingerbread crinkle cookies, and would also be great to make these funny gingerbread men or these gingerbread emoji cookies. You get the idea – I really love this gingerbread cookie recipe.

Can you believe Christmas is less than 3 months away? I can’t believe fall is already here and I have so much to do to get ready for the holidays. My family is coming to visit for Thanksgiving and we’re hoping to travel somewhere warm this Christmas season.

This is the first time I have to pack my kids’ lunches for school. With a super picky eater on my hands, it can be challenging. Luckily, their preschool is willing to heat things up for them, so I’m not limited to sandwiches-only. Either way, it can still be hard to come up with kid-friendly lunch ideas for school.

Who else is excited about pumpkin spice recipes? It’s the most pumpkiny time of the year! Now that I live in Boston, I’m really looking forward to the fall. It’s been more than 15 years since I lived in WI and could experience the gorgeous fall leaves. I’ve heard fall in Boston is gorgeous, so I’m really looking forward to the changing seasons. I’m especially excited about eating lots of pumpkin spice recipes this fall.

For the longest time, I’ve wanted to make an appetizer recipe with endive. They seem like such a simple, yet elegant appetizer to serve at a party or get-together. Since the summer produce is so amazing right now, I decided to create little watermelon feta salad bites. They are super easy to make, taste so fresh, and are a unique take on a sweet/savory appetizer.

I think I’ve finally turned a corner with my kids. For the longest time I couldn’t get my 4 year old son to eat anything. Finally, he’s at an age where he’s more willing to try things. I’ve even found creative ways to sneak more fruits into his diet by making this Greek yogurt smoothie.

Have you tried Moscow Mule recipes before? I’ve only tried one at a friend’s house, but I’m such a sucker for the cute mugs. It’s funny, I don’t even really remember what it tasted like, but I know I just loved the whole process of drinking them. There’s just something about a cute mug that makes everything better.
