Like a lot of women, I’m super busy and finding time to go to the gym is challenging. Since I’m training for my first 10K, I have no excuses. I’ve got to be extra organized to ensure I make the time for the gym. A lot of days, it can still be a struggle, but I think I’ve mastered my gym bag essentials. I’ve found the best products that help me quickly transition from sweaty gym rat to chic mama on the go.

Every girl needs a pair of coated denim. Although they’ve been around for awhile, it’s a fall trend that keeps on giving. Here are the three reasons you need to invest in a pair of coated denim pants this fall.

I love a statement necklace, and one with leather detailing is even better. An eye-catching necklace is still my go-to accessory because it instantly changes the whole vibe of my outfit. I might wear the same black dress every couple weeks, but it suddenly feels different and new depending on which necklace I pair with it. This statement leather necklace really sets off my look.

Fall 2016 fashion seems a bit disjointed. Skinny jeans are still majorly on trend, but now I’m seeing major bell bottoms and also ultra baggy jeans (think 90s grunge) are also making a comeback. The fringe and tassels fashion trend are still really cool on everything from handbags to booties to leather gloves.

I’m in love with my black and white tribal print dress. I recently got it on major summer discount for under $10! Although my dress was technically from summer, it is a great piece I plan to wear this fall because it is made of a thicker material and will be easy to wear with tights and booties when the weather cools down.

No matter what season it is, nothing completes my look better than stylish sunglasses. Since I live in Arizona and it’s sunny more than 300 days a year, I own a lot of sunglasses. I check out people’s shades constantly.

Fashion week is here! I didn’t get to attend this year (because I was in South America!), but I still love to browse through the photo galleries online to look at all the pretty clothes and makeup. Many times, runway makeup doesn’t really work for everyday life. It can be too avant-garde or over the top. This year, I found one makeup look I thought was worth reinventing, a two-tone eyeshadow look.

Being a part of the #GalSquad with The Red Door Spas has some major perks. Namely, I get to try out spa treatments every once in awhile. Right before I left for a two-week work trip, I had the chance to experience their Mint Julep Pedicure.

My favorite fall color trend is burgundy. I love burgundy because the jewel tone is so flattering on my olive skin tone and I think it works well on a lot of skin types. I’ve seen so many burgundy dresses online and in stores, but my absolute favorite is this a-line dress from White House Black Market (c/o).
