I love strawberry season. Well, I love berry season in general. When they are the height of freshness, their flavor is just so amazing. I’ve made lots of different types of strawberry cakes and desserts over the years, but never a strawberry angel food cake. I decided it was time to give it a try.

Have you ever wanted to make chocolate chip cookies but you don’t want a bunch of them? Then this small batch chocolate chip cookies recipe is the one for you. These are some of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. I honestly didn’t think anything could beat this chocolate chip cookie recipe (which is still one of my favs), but I think I like this one even more. Why do I think this is the best recipe? Well, I prefer it because you don’t have to refrigerate the dough. Whereas, my other favorite recipe is best if you refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

Are you a zucchini fan? Have you ever had it in a salad? I think most people are used to eating it sauteed, in bread or muffin, or maybe deep-fried, but its really yummy in many different ways. One of my favorite ways to use zucchini is to make zucchini pizza crust. I also love these zucchini parmesan crisps and these zucchini chaffles.

If you’re looking for Memorial Day desserts, this red white and blue trifle recipe is a great place to start. The thing I love about this recipe is the fact that it uses fresh fruit, is so easy to make, and looks so cute and festive for the American summer holidays. Even if you’re not looking for a festive spin on a berry trifle, this recipe is still great for summer.

Are you a scone person? I generally find people either love them or really don’t like them. I personally love all types of scones. Even if they are dry or moist, round or triangle-shaped, I like them all. I first fell in love with scones when I went to London. I will never forget the time I went to the Natural History Museum and had their scone with clotted cream. That’s when I first fell in love with scones. Since then, I’ve tried a lot of scone recipes but never a copycat Starbucks blueberry scone recipe, so I thought it was time to try it.

It’s Cinco de Mayo, so I thought I should try a new margarita recipe. This mango margarita recipe is so delicious and so easy to make. The great thing about this recipe is that you can use fresh or frozen mangos. I actually used one bag of frozen mangos because I wanted them to have a slushy consistency. If you want them to be less slushy, you can remove some (or all) of the ice, and also use fresh mango.

I recently got this amazing new pan from my friends at Ninja, so I wanted to try out a one-pot meal to see how it works. I chose this puff pastry chicken pot pie meal because it was something I could accomplish in one pan and it looked delicious. This is such an easy chicken pot pie recipe, you definitely need to give it a try.

Today is National Zucchini Bread day! I’ve always loved veggie bread. Pumpkin bread (check out my pumpkin recipes) and zucchini bread are two of my favorite things to bake and enjoy because they are so simple to make and always taste delicious. My mom didn’t bake a ton when I was a kid, but she did always make the most delicious pumpkin and zucchini bread, so I suppose it has some nostalgic feelings for me. This is my first time trying a vegan zucchini bread recipe and I love how it turned out. Read on to see how I changed up this recipe.

Do you have a go-to cornbread recipe? I love this honey sage cornbread that I usually make during the holidays. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory. But then I recently saw this blueberry cornbread recipe and knew I had to give it a try.
