I’m new to training. I’ve used running (specifically sprint intervals) over the years to maintain or lose weight, but I’ve never considered myself a runner. For the first time, I’m training for a race and I’ve been frustrated on all of the small injuries I’ve experienced already, only a couple months into training.

I’m somewhat hesitant to share my first TV appearance because it didn’t go as well as I had hoped. I’m probably being overly self-critical. I wanted to share the story with you because it was a lot of fun. Despite my hesitations, I am pretty proud of my first TV appearance performance.
