Have you tried making frittatas before? If not, you need to start. The great thing about frittatas is they work for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Every fall, I get really excited when I can break out my pumpkin pie spices and recipes. I love to bake and there is nothing better than the smell of pumpkin pie spices coming from the oven! It gets me excited for the upcoming holiday season.

Like so many other working moms, I don’t have a lot of time after work to make healthy meals. That’s why I love using my slow cooker; I can throw a few ingredients into it and let it sit there all day. When dinner rolls around, I have a healthy and warm meal to serve my family.

One of the things most important to my blog is finding practical ideas to elevating everyday life. When it comes to cooking meals for my family, I’m constantly on the look out for quick, easy and nutritious options. That’s why Barilla® Pronto™ works so well for me.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Kashi®, and they asked me to create a unique recipe using their new plant-based, gluten-free and vegan protein powder. I was intrigued. What creative recipe could I make that uses protein powder and tastes great?

I love baking with berries and making pies, like my Blueberry Pie Bars or my super easy Fresh Cherry Pie for example. Now that I know how to make a galette, it’s my new favorite thing. Why, you might ask? Well, it’s because I love how simple this amazing pie crust recipe is.

I love shrimp on the grill for two reasons. First, it is a great source of protein. Second, it cooks up really quickly. When I was invited to create a recipe using the new Smucker’s Fruit & Honey Strawberry Jalapeno Fruit Spread, I thought of shrimp right away. Why? Because shrimp pairs well with a sweet and spicy sauce, and I knew I could create a simple strawberry jalapeno glaze that would compliment the shrimp perfectly.

My husband loves cereal. He would eat it at every meal if I let him. When Post invited me to come up with a creative recipe to use Great Grains Blueberry Morning from Walmart, I was up for the challenge.

I love lemonade. It was the drink I craved continuously during my pregnancies. I especially love it in the summer when it’s 110 (Phoenix gets mighty hot!). Simply Lemonade® invited me to create a drink recipe, so I decided to highlight the yummy lemonade by creating fruit and herb flavored ice cubes to create raspberry ginger lemonade.
