Agafay Dessert

If Marrakesh was vibrant, historical, and intensely sensory, then the Agafay Desert was quiet, expansive, and quietly breathtaking. When I first read about it, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I knew we were headed into something different than the medina, something open and wide, and something that felt far more relaxed. But until I stood there, watching the sun dip behind rolling rocky ridges with a glass of mint tea in my hand, I did not truly understand how magical it would be.
