Today is the first day of spring! This time of year, I always feel this itch to give my house a deep clean. So I’m sharing 8 simple spring cleaning tips to help you get your house in top shape fast.

My mom posted this cute DIY handprint Christmas ornament on her Facebook page and I thought it seemed like a really fun activity to do with the kids. So last weekend, we set out to try this DIY baking soda clay to create handprint ornaments the kids could hang on our tree. Our living room was in desperate need of a redo. When Minted contacted me to see if I wanted to select some of their original artwork, I was pretty excited to see what they had to offer. I also immediately thought it seemed like the perfect time to create a DIY gallery wall tutorial.

When we moved to Phoenix, we bought a new couch that came with two retro-70’s print throw pillows. Not my favorite, but we’ve used them for the last several months since we had them.
