This Amazing Copycat Starbucks Banana Bread Recipe is a Must Try

I decided to try this copycat Starbucks banana bread next because I was so excited that you guys loved my Starbucks copycat egg bite recipe. It’s been my top-performing recipe since I posted it! Banana bread has been so popular since quarantine. I’m sure you have a recipe you love. But, I’m telling you, this Starbucks banana bread recipe is legitimately the best banana bread I’ve ever had.

I’m not sure why this Starbucks banana bread recipe is so much better. I wonder if it’s the buttermilk or if it’s the fact that the walnuts are only on the top. I’m not sure about you, but I actually do not like nuts in my banana bread. However, there is something really great about having the walnuts on the top. It also gives you the option of picking them out if you or someone you serve it to is not a walnut fan.

This moist Starbucks banana bread recipe is so easy to make and I’m pretty sure everyone who tries this would like it. If you can, make sure your bananas are really ripe. It makes the bread taste sweeter and richer. The only thing about this copycat Starbucks banana bread recipe that is kind of annoying is that it does take over an hour for the bread to cook. I didn’t try cooking it at a higher temperature, but I do wonder if I could speed it up a bit had I cooked it at 350.

Add in the buttermilk, vanilla, and mashed bananas and mix until combined. Pour into a loaf pan. Sprinkle the walnuts over the top.
