Can I be honest? By March, I’ve usually quit or at least stalled on my goals for the year. I can admit, I’ve hit a bit of a bump with my half marathon training (it’s hard to fit in 4 days a week!), but I have kept up with my healthy eating habits.

I’ve been obsessed with the Starbucks bacon gruyere egg bites for a while now. Before quarantine, I used to go to Starbucks several times a week for a change of scenery. I’ve worked from home since 2018, so going to Starbucks was my home office away from home.

Are you a scone person? I generally find people either love them or really don’t like them. I personally love all types of scones. Even if they are dry or moist, round or triangle-shaped, I like them all. I first fell in love with scones when I went to London. I will never forget the time I went to the Natural History Museum and had their scone with clotted cream. That’s when I first fell in love with scones.
