These Coaching Terms form a binding agreement between Posh in Progress (“Posh in Progress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual purchasing a coaching program or course (“you” or “your”).
By checking the agreement box on our website, purchasing a program, accessing any course materials, joining our community, or participating in coaching, you agree to these Coaching Terms.

These Coaching Terms apply to all Posh in Progress coaching offers, including:
- DIY Personal Brand Coaching
- Group Coaching
- VIP 1:1 Personal Brand Coaching
- Any future coaching or education offers that reference these terms
- Who We Are
Posh in Progress is a personal brand coaching business owned and operated by Stacey V. Freeman, Ph.D., organized under the laws of California. All services are delivered digitally from California, USA, regardless of your location.

- Nature of Services
Posh in Progress provides educational and advisory coaching related to personal branding, messaging, visibility, content strategy, partnerships, and related business growth topics.
Our services are advice-only. You are solely responsible for how you use, implement, or choose not to implement any advice, strategies, templates, or feedback.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice or services.
- Program Overview
DIY Personal Brand Coaching
- Format: self-paced online course
- Includes: course modules, downloadable workbooks, content templates, and community access
- Live coaching: not included
- Access: as long as the course is offered in substantially similar form
Group Coaching
- Format: course plus live group coaching
- Includes: everything in DIY plus live group calls over the stated program term
- Missed calls: no make-up sessions
- Replays: not guaranteed
VIP 1:1 Personal Brand Coaching
- Format: course plus private coaching and any included group access
- Includes: private coaching sessions, course materials, community access, and personalized strategy guidance
- Rescheduling: 48 Hour notice required
- Late-cancelled or missed sessions are forfeited
- Recordings: not recorded as standard practice unless otherwise stated
Specific inclusions, fees, and access terms are described on the applicable sales page, checkout page, and confirmation email.
- Payment Terms
All fees are due in full at the time of purchase unless we expressly offer a different option in writing.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another designated payment processor. By purchasing, you authorize our payment processor and us to charge the payment method you provide.
Fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise clearly stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- No Refunds; All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, credits, cancellations, or deferrals for any coaching program, course, community access, or related digital product, including if:
- you change your mind,
- you do not use the materials,
- you do not attend calls or complete the program,
- you are dissatisfied with the content or your results, or
- your circumstances change.
Delivery of digital content, course access, downloadable materials, community access, or scheduled coaching constitutes substantial performance.
- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us first in good faith to attempt to resolve any billing or service issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us and allowing at least 10 business days for us to respond, we may suspend or terminate your access to the program, contest the dispute, and pursue any available contractual or legal remedies, including collection costs where permitted by law.
- No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including audience growth, followers, income, revenue, brand deals, partnerships, press, business success, or personal results.
Any testimonials, examples, or case studies are illustrative only. Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.
- Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, frameworks, worksheets, templates, downloads, branding, and related content are owned by Posh in Progress and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal use only.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials,
- share your login or give others access to the program,
- republish or publicly display program content, or
- use our materials to create a competing course, program, or service.
- Community Rules
If your purchase includes access to a private community, you agree to participate respectfully.
You may not:
- harass, threaten, or abuse others,
- post hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or infringing content,
- spam, excessively self-promote, or solicit other members for competing services,
- share private community content or screenshots without permission.
We may remove content, restrict access, or remove you from the community or program for misconduct, with no refund.
The community may be hosted on Skool or a successor platform. Third-party platform outages, policy changes, or technical failures are outside our control.
- Confidentiality
We will use commercially reasonable care with confidential information you share directly with us.
Group programs and communities involve other participants. While we expect participants to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that others will do so. Please use discretion in what you share.
- Privacy
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Information we collect may include your name, email, billing information, course activity, and community participation data. For international clients, data may be processed and stored in the United States.
- Testimonials and Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback or a testimonial, we may use an anonymized version for marketing.
We will only use your name, image, likeness, handle, or personally identifiable success story with your separate consent.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any program or community if you violate these terms, misuse our materials, engage in abusive conduct, fail to pay, or initiate an improper chargeback.
You may stop participating at any time, but no refund, credit, or release of payment obligations will be provided.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posh in Progress will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to your purchase or participation will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
- Dispute Resolution
These Coaching Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for 30 days after written notice.
Except where prohibited by law or where small claims court is available, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by AAA or JAMS, as selected by Posh in Progress, in Los Angeles, California.
You and Posh in Progress agree that claims will be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
- Electronic Acceptance
By checking an agreement box, clicking to accept, completing checkout, or accessing the program, you agree that your electronic acceptance is intended to be the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature.
- Other Important Terms
Non-disparagement: Neither party will make false, defamatory, or knowingly misleading public statements about the other.
Non-solicitation: You may not use access to the community or group sessions to systematically solicit other participants for competing products or services.
No professional advice: Nothing in this program constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or therapeutic advice.
Entire agreement: These Coaching Terms, together with the applicable sales page details, checkout terms, and incorporated policies, form the agreement between us regarding the coaching services.
